The room was well furnished and offered great value with air conditioning. the location was convenient, providing easy access to Toniolo Theatre. the area felt secure and was close to Venice, making it a perfect spot for the Biennale.

Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking outside.

The breakfast was very good. The locasion is perfect if you dont want to stay in Venice (only 10-15 minutes by bus). The hotel staff was very helpful and informative and they could speak English (Very important for Italy.) Clean room. Working lift.

No free wi-fi (i thing it should be free for a 100 euros per night 3 star hotel ).

This place totally delivered! We'd for sure tell others to check it out. It was so chill, the staff were awesome and super friendly, and the spot was just right by all the shops - so convenient! 🌟

The breakfast was light and good with juice, fresh coffee from a proper espresso machine and a proper espresso machine to choose from. We didn't have time, so that's why we definitely coming here again...

We were so satisfied and happy during our stay in the hotel. The staff were so accomodating helpful and friendly. We would like to commend the receptionist, Miss April, who attended to us and displayed excellent customer service. Prior to our check-in we called to inform them that we will arrive late and she was kind to have waited for us until we arrive and gave us information we needed to tour the city with ease. She went the extra mile to have treated us as guests in the hotel. One salute to you Ms April. The location was fine, it was just15min bus ride to venice city center plus the price was really worth it compared to venice hotels. It's also close to Marco Polo airport. The entire hotel was clean with new facilities. Breakfast was good. I would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody who wish to visit Venice.

A tastefully modernised hotel a short bus ride away from Venice. Secure parking facilities make it ideal for visiting Venice by car.

The location is not ideal for those who want to be close to the city center. It takes a long time to get to the main attractions by public transportation.

Very nice design, cosy rooms, free parking. Do recommend staying there. Just 15 minutes to Venice by bus, bus station very close to the hotel. Helpful staff!

Very nice rooms, spacious and clean. My stay was for business but for the closeness of public services have also managed to visit over venice and mestre. the bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel and arrive in 10 minutes to Piazzale Roma. the kindness of the staff made me feel at home and excellent breakfast, very high quality. I recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Venice with an excellent quality and price.I definitely will go back for my next business trips and also for pleasure.

This hotel deserves 10 out of 10. Excellent large modern clean room, very well situated, just a 10-minute bus ride from Venice, about 100 metres from a bus stop, really nice and rich breakfast, very kind and polite front desk staff. The free parking is really handy as you basically avoid all the looking-for-a-parking fuss. We will be definitely coming back!

The hotel was located close to bus to Venice. There were restaurants close by and a short walk to shopping area. Newly renovated, clean and modern design. Good staff and breakfast.
